BD Diesel 19-24 Dodge Ram AS69RC 4WD Torquemaster Transmission Package

Description

The 2019-2024 AS69RC is only found in the Ram 3500-5500 with the 6.7L diesel; many of these trucks are modified and therefore require a performance transmission to help deliver this power to the road. Friction counts have been increased in K2, K3, and B1 clutch packs to improve transmission torque capacity. To handle this increased torque capacity, the Torquemaster utilizes a custom billet nitride K2 hub and a billet K2 apply piston, which resists excessive spline wear found on the factory K2 hub. A billet K3 hub and piston are used in the K3 pack for increased durability, alongside the 40% increase in clutches. The billet K3 drum also resists ring grooving far better than the factory drum. Frictions used in aftermarket rebuilds commonly compromise shift quality; in all BD AS69s, frictions have been custom-selected to maintain OEM shift quality. Leak-prone factory cork gaskets on the pan and PTO have been replaced with improved nitrile gaskets. The AS69RC Torquemaster also includes a BD Deep Pan and ProForce 10D Billet Torque Converter.
